Teachers That Think They Are Tough

As a career teacher I will say now that I see all these so called “tough” teachers talking about handling ICE or Immigration officials if they come into their classroom. Let’s be real and honest here on this topic. If they come into your school with a federal warrant and you feel the need to fight them or get in the way of the investigation then you should be arrested for harboring, aiding or whatever the charges may be. I certainly cannot envision a 150 pound young female teacher taking on ex-military jack booted agents that are buff and tough. That video I do want to see on social media as they are getting it handed to them and then hauled out with the illegal immigrant. I am all for “legal” immigration and people coming to America for a better life. I am not for “illegal” immigration and people that did it the wrong way. You cannot let your ideals get in the way of your career and common sense. So for you tough ones that are going to show out, please film it so I can get a good laugh when you get tossed like a salad, lose your career and the person of interest will still be arrested. As a side note, ICE can simply sit outside and catch folks leaving or heading to the bus instead of going inside for them. Any student or person in a school that is being sought with a warrant does not need to be in a school. The very same people who once claimed they would not take a bullet for their kids as it is not part of their job are now claiming they will stop ICE agents. Wow is all I can say. When did common sense, rule of law and doing things the right way become a problem in America.?
